I need to upload a photo to register for a competitive exam. The requirements for the image state that the photo should be 200 pix (height) × 150 pix (width). The image i have currently is 1073 × 1045 . When I tried resizing it to fit the required dimensions, the image quality dropped drastically. Any way how I can do it and retain a decent amount of quality ?
