I need to change my locks, and noticed that the crossbore hole of the old lock is slightly smaller than what I need (1 inch). The new lock can go in a little bit, but it gets stuck. If I need to expand this hole to get the lock to fit, what would the best way to go about doing this be? A little bit of research tells me that drilling a hole over an existing hole is difficult, and the size difference would be negligible as it is. I'm curious to see if anybody has any alternate solutions. Thank you in advance!
