First pic shows a blue/green ‘stain’ on a tile along with cracking/dirty tile/grout. Second and third pic shows dirty / moldy(?) grout.
We slacked on sealing the grout and redoing the caulking.
I’m an experienced DIY’er with only a little tiling/grouting experience. I don’t know how to clean that green tile though, any ideas? To replace the grout, do I just grind/scrape it out and then grout over? Thanks for any tips you can provide!
