Hi Reddit, we have this Snuttig teddy bear from IKEA and would like to give it a wash. https://m.ikea.com/au/en/catalog/products/art/50298102/
It's 100% polyester with 100% polyester fiber filling. I'm not allowed to put him into the washing machine or tumble dryer. A lukewarm tub with some detergent for white laundry and then line drying?
Also a concern is the fur as it is not as soft as it used to be and we're scared a wash will make it even less soft. Can you comb the fibers of the fur so they separate and become soft again? Or do we need to take him to the dry cleaner?
